“It is not the strongest of species that survive,
nor the most intelligent,
but the one most responsive to change.”

Unknown (commonly misattributed to Darwin)
We think that to maintain balance in our lives, we need to keep things the same.  ‘If it ain’t broke – don’t fix it’???  Well – change is inevitable and we must be willing to adapt to remain in balance.  Resistance brings stress.   Adapability brings Balance!
It seems that as soon as we feel like we’ve got everything under-control – in balance – something happens to throw us off.  Well – that’s life!  We can either learn coping strategies, respond positively to the changes and adapt – or suffer.  It’s really up to us.  Choosing “Love-volution” is the best way for a Heart-Centered Life!
What changes do you fear the most to throw you off balance?  Let us know below – I’d love to hear from you.

One Response to Responsitivity

Couldn’t agree with you more, change is inevitable; preferably change that’s for our highest good. One of my favorite shows, Stark-Trek Voyager, has a character called the Borg and one of their lines is “Resistance is Futile” and that’s exactly how I feel about change or rather peoples resistance to it. If people stopped and thought about it for a moment they would realize that not only is resistance to change futile we as a race, even our planet, wouldn’t have evolved without it. From the moment we’re conceived to the last breath we breath, change is constant.
