Part of living a ‘Balanced- Life’ is knowing when to be patient. When we’re so focused on doing-doing-doing, we forget to balance that with just being-being-being.
We think we need to do everything ourselves to make things happen the way we want. We try to force our agenda on others or the situation, which instead of bringing our lives into balance, just adds more stress and strain.
Sometimes we need to get quiet and just listen. Listen to that inner voice, that ‘inner-knowing’ that informs us of the next step. And, sometimes that next step is just to be still; be patient.
When we allow ourselves the time to ‘be’, we allow things to unfold naturally. Practicing Patience allows things to naturally fall into balance.
