Expect the Unexpected

“The problem is not that there are problems.  The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem.” – Theodore Rubin

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had a month of problems!

Almost every day brought a new ‘opportunity’ to manage my stress and try to keep my life ‘in-balance’.

One morning – almost afraid to get up – it dawned on me that this is what LIFE IS!  Not so much ‘problems’ but the realization that there will always be ‘stuff‘ to deal with.

Some Annoying, Some Serious, Some even Life-threatening, but none that isn’t part of life.  The mistake we make in trying to live a balanced life is forgetting that life is a ‘balancing act’ between the expected and the unexpected ‘stuff’!

Hopefully your month has been problem-free!  Or ………. has it?
