Useful Beauty

Useful Beautiful Table“Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.”  – William Morris

This month is ‘Clutter Management’ and I don’t know anyone that doesn’t have clutter in some way, shape or form.

Clutter can be physical ‘stuff’, electronic ‘stuff’ – like email, or mental ‘stuff’! Look around your home, office, environment and ask yourself if you like what you see.  If the answer is ‘No’ – then decide if you can ‘beautify‘ it, replace it or just let it go.

What I love about this picture is it represents to me the simplicity and beauty that having a ‘clutter-free’ environment provides.  It’s inviting and calming.

We should strive to make our entire home, office and environment beautiful and useful.  It helps us be more productive, more calm and generally ‘happier’!

Living a ‘Balanced Life’ means surrounding yourself only with those things that uplift you and serve you!  So, if it isn’t useful or puts a smile on your face, Out it Goes

Tell us what Clutter Management challenges you have and comment below.
